the staff were very warm and cute. i got upgraded to a corner room, a surprise. the room was a nice size and had a modern style.
the speed of service was slow. the tvs seemed old and lacked casting ability. the coolers in the rooms were not actually fridges.

Really good service and accommodations

The staff at the front desk was always helpful and friendly. Their assistance was invaluable. I especially appreciated the duty manager who provided quick solutions. The concierge helped us with directions and local recommendations. His knowledge enhanced our exploration.

Adequate stay. Some issues noticed
dusty roomstained towels
The room was not very clean. i noticed dust in several places and this was concerning. i also found brown stains on the bath towels two days running, so they had to be changed. This was not very pleasant. i probably will not visit again.

broken plugcold pool
The bathroom sink plug did not work, i reported it when i was out. Reception sent someone to look at it, but it was still broken when i returned. the spa was disappointing, the jacuzzi was out of order. the pool was cold. I only stayed for 5 minutes.
